I am not sure if im fully recovered as although ive felt great on meds for as long as soon as ive come off them im having days with anxiety again around sleeping.

I am determed im not going back on meds too. I guess only time will tell if i can do it but i too have doubts creeping into my mind that will i be like this the rest of my life and needs meds. I never had any mental illness before the baby either. I was put on meds when baby was 2 months, i dont have a mother and baby unit here but i felt i needed it then, the only help i got was a one off visit from them, which was good enough for them to perscribe the right meds for me which the gp hadnt.
