Was told after a day they were dispatched. Two weeks later and still no shoes. Almost daily emails requesting a refund so I could replace the present. Nothing but platitudes and blaming Hermes. Well done. Ordered and paid for two cycles on 12th October. Received conformation of order on 13th October, with an estimated delivery date of 18th October. A week ago we received an Email to say the order had been dispatched but we are still waiting! Attended the Plymouth branch today with my wife. We've always received excellent service over the years. Tom kindly fitted the new mudguards and bottle cage and whilst chatting with my wife she mentioned a few niggles with her new bike. Tom fixed all the niggles there and then after also fitting the mudguards and bottle cage. Tom was excellent and explained what he was doing as he it. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service at the Plymouth store, in the city centre. Popped in expecting to leave my bike there for a few days, however they instantly clamped up the bike for inspection, and found many connection points of the pre built Tredz bike were loose.

He tighten everything, and offered solid advice for a novice rider. Much Appreciated. I have not received the bike and the tracking number is not recognised not happy. Bike blew up on the way to work. Gear cable snapped out of the shifter and chain sheared off all in one go. Clearly explained what had broke and how he repaired it.

All for an excellent price. Great bike delivered early by a friendly driver. Was packed well and the instructions and tools provided made set up very easy. Has what I wanted in stock at ok price and delivered quickly. All good. Ordered 2 bikes from evans cycles online 2 days later they were dispatched I thought wow!

Great service! Hermes was the courier 3 attempts were made 1st when the store was closed then 2 attempts on consecutive days later.

The drivers could not locate the loading bay as wolverhampton has major road works and diversions in place. On the 4th attempt courier Bal called me and I was able to tell him where to deliver to Bal stayed on the call with me until he was able to deliver the cycle successfully Well done to Bal he was a godsend!

I then called Evans cycles and spoke to Jamie I had spoken to him when the first delivery attempt was made I want to thank jamie at the wolverhampton store for the excellent customer service he went above and beyond to locate the cycle for me walking round the different areas of the store. He advised he had already built one of my cycles and he would build the delivered cycle on Thursday ready to pick up the weekend. Jamie was helpful , courteous and made sure that he found it. Atrocious service from the online store.

The bike originally arrived within a week but it was the wrong size. I ordered a jersey on Sunday evening for a charity event taking place on Tuesday night 23th July. My wife had taken the day off to wait for the item to arrive it was that important as we all wanted to ride in the same team kit. I had to phone them to be told the item could not fit on the van???

This is 1 order of a cycle top, no bigger or wider than an A4 envelope Last night i was sadly the only rider to ride without team kit thanks to the neglagnce of DPD. No amount of 'compensation' can make up for not having the ordered jersey for a speacil occasion - and I'm not in it for that! I'm not one of these blame to claim people!
